Water and Sanitation Minister Nomvula Mokonyane has warned that dam levels have dropped throughout the country.
The Free State and KwaZulu-Natal have already been declared disaster areas due to drought.
The national water crisis has affected two point seven million households.
Government has set aside over three hundred and 50 million rand to deal with drought through the country. Minister Mokonyane joins us now to tell us more about her plans.
